  I am probably a life long client of Mr. Timothy Anderson. It would be nice to think that we will never again be in need for an attorney however, we all know that assumptions like that sometimes don't come to pass. One of my basic theories in life, is when it comes time to meeting new people, making friends, that you usualy we intend it to be, well, to be a good experince, based on decissions you may make. When I met Tim, I was involved in a case that had been appealed. I actually stumbled on him by accident. Sometimes in life, reall good people cross paths with you! I know Tim that way. He is a great guy. In my book, good people attract good people alike! Timothy Anderson is a good hearted family man who, believes in core values, has self worth, is a man of feelings and, because of these reasons, will be a true part of what you, your spouse or whomever are experiencing. Timothy Anderson prides himself in the truth and facts! He does not twist, or through manipulation of the true facts try and prevail.   I used Timothy Anderson and Associates to set up a will with a minor trust for both my wife and I. He was prompt and I had opted for the phone consultation with him. I then worked with his paralegal via email back and forth with several changes to this proposed will. I would recommend the firm as a good helpful source for a will.

  I paid this Timothy Anderson $3000 to handle my child visitation case. My ex husband took my son and left town with him. I filed all the court documents myself and just needed Mr Anderson to represent me in court. He never showed up. If you are looking for a lawyer that will show up to court, look elsewhere.
