- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After thoroughly reading through Tim Anderson's website and reviewing his services, I decided to make a consultation with him to discuss trademarking my business name. On his website he sounds confident in his ability to help navigate you through the USPTO system and obtain the registration of your mark. However, within the first 2 mins of our consultation, Anderson literally gave me multiple excuses to why I shouldn't trademark my name. He first started talking about the monetary expenses, but in such a negative way. I really got the impression that he either didn't really want to help me in obtaining my mark (for whatever reason) or he is not as fluent in trademarking as he states on his site. He also started rambling on about how hard the process would be, and at one point he literally said "I always try to talk people out of the trademarking process". Overall, my consultation felt very rushed, as I was in and out within ten mins. I left his office a little taken back as I felt this was an easy and straightforward request from a potential client. I don't know, I guess my money was not green enough. The only good thing I can say is, I'm happy he brushed me off now, instead of playing nice during the consultation, taking my money, than not providing me with the proper customer service after. If you are going to Tim Anderson for a trademark service, do yourself a favor and DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!By Ashley Parker, July 01, 2017

Both of them were very confident that they could help me, and in addition they were very kind when listening to my concerns and respectful to my needs. I would recommend this firm to anyone.
