- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been a regular customer there for several years. These people have written the book on customer service! Everyone there is polite and friendly and make me feel like a valued customer. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Where do I start? I went in to make copies of private and personal documents and then needed to ship a package. I asked them how much per copy then was advised they would make the copies for me in which at nicely advised I prefer to do it myself due to them being private documents. That's when it seemed to go down hill and "Jenn" had a crappy look on her face and attitude to match. So, I continue on to making my copies then go pay, in which "Jenn" greets me at the counter with a glare...ok then??? I go back to my car to put my copies away then grab my package to ship, jn which I return to another short girl with horrid breath who asks me if I paid for my copies that I just left with. Wow, icing on the cake what a moron..must not be watching her store or she just has a chip on her shoulder. I will never return and will advise corporate of my experience. I am a regular customer too- what a shame. Avoid this place at all costs.By VB Local, August 18, 2017
