- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Make sure you put " DO NOT STACK " on your " FRAGILE " items. Putting fragile on your items means UPS will still stack hundred of pounds of items on your " Fragile " items. This created a huge headache for me for a little over 3 months as I could not figure out why my " Fragile " items were delivered damaged. Luckily, the company receiving my packages took ownership for the items when I shipped them and they reimbursed me the cost of the broken inventory. If you do not have the same system set up make sure you protect your packages with UPS as " Fragile " does not deem your item to be protected from stacking hundred of pounds of boxes on top of your fragile items. The help at UPS is great. The girls who work there are wonderful and always willing to help. However, the policy UPS enforces that has nothing to do with this individual store or it's employees is very risky for businesses shipping inventory.By Joe Andress, February 23, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Staff was very helpful with printing out shipping labels to return my books.
