- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have never dealt with a company this horrible. If there was a rating less than 1, that would be my choice. Absolute WORST customer service hands down, that is if you can even get ahold of anyone. And if you do get someone, all you get is lies and excuses... "Oh that department is closed right now" or "Sorry you need to talk to the supervisor they're busy, I'll make sure they call you immediately" or "I don't know why that is, I see no record of why that happened or that it even did happen" or better yet, I was given an attitude because I was trying to call in and make a payment and then they never even took the payment!! I work in customer service and I deal with health insurances on a daily basis... that is like talking to Mary Poppins compared to this BS. I am not sure how this "Company" is even in business. A bunch of down right crooks. If only I could get into the reasons why but it's under police investigation and you can bet everything I have that I will sue this "company" for everything it's got, I will not stop until I get a reasonable resolution and it will be known what you have done to people. Makes me wonder if this even is a real legit company. Everything about this place, screams SCAM!By toni day, March 03, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My name is Carolyn D Waterman: I have had the worst experience with this company. It's been a nightmare! They didn't pay my insurance(which is included in my mortgage) and cause my insurance company to cancel. I had to find another company, More expensive one which caused it to raise my mortgage payments up higher.... Now they are raising it again. I never even got as much as an apology for them not making the payment! This has cause so much turmoil in my life and no compensation or anything. I'm in the process of sueing this company if they don't refinance my loan so I can afford the payments!!! Horrible Company to deal with!!!By Denise Waterman, October 18, 2016
