- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆The 2 times I've dealt with BB&T were Very unsatisfactory. They act like they don't care whether they get your business or not, which maybe is true for small accounts which would explain everything. I fought a loan rate down 2% and still ended up going elsewhere, where I got my desired rate without haggling (even though I supposedly had pull at that BB&T location). The other experience, I wanted to open a small business account with them and they couldn't even give me a simple description of one of the items they needed to do it!
