- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I seriously do not know how the VP of this branch, Benita Jones, acquired her position at Bank of America. I have been a B.O.A. customer for over 11 years and have really liked this bank and have made many referrals to this bank. Never has been truer than the phrase, "One bad apple [can] spoil the bunch", than my recent encounter with Ms. Jones. Wherein I am used to the staff being extremely cordial, professional and customer service oriented, I encountered another side to their staff that I did not know exists. I was so upset when I left the Red Mill branch yesterday that I vowed to cancel all my accounts and never bank with Bank of America again. However, after I calmed down, I reached out to the 800 number and their reps were truly awesome and it reminded me of why I love this bank and will not leave. However, I do not recommend this branch and Bank of America should be made aware of this "bad apple" because they would surely go out of business if all of their staff had such poor people skills.By Kermie Rogers, July 22, 2017
