  I gave it two stars instead of one because it's a convenient branch that is never busy. The young lady at the desk(Really wish I remembered her name but she was so rude that I wanted do just get out of there) was too busy talking on the phone and talking with her other coworkers and didn't acknowledge that I was standing there. No other customers were in the bank and no one even thought to say good morning, say a warm greeting or anything like that. It was literally just what can I do for you, swipe your card, why don't you have direct deposit, sign here and be on your way. Just a "that's it have a nice day" and no question about what else can I do for you. This branch is lucky that the Independence Blvd store treats me better. Otherwise I would be switching banks. Work on your tellers and teach them the true meaning of and how to be ambassadors for Customer Service PLEASE!!

  I walked in at around 5:50pm, and I waited patiently to be helped. There were two ladies working at the window. One walk right up to the counter and didn't say anything. Didn't even look my way to acknowlege that I was there. She just seemed in a hurry to close. The other young lady walk up to the counter, and did the samething (not looking my way or acknowlege that I was there. This young lady had already finished assisting her customer, by the way. Anyway about another loong 30 sec or so go by then she finally said, "Can I help you?" I walked up and did my transaction, then I left. Thumbs down on customer service. Let say that when I walked, in there was a lady that was randomly walking around who spoke to me when I walked in, and that was cool, but I feel everyone should have superb customer service....ijs.
