- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We brought in our Dyson vacuum to be shipped for repairs. I had previously brought our old dyson vacuum to this same location and did not have any issues, since Dyson has a contract with UPS, and lists this particular store as a valid drop-off location. Dyson sent this store the shipping info, but they claimed they never received it even after Dyson called them to straighten it out!! But instead, the vacuum sat in this UPS location for 3 weeks! Meanwhile , we assumed that the vacuum was with Dyson. Why were we not notified by this store if something more was needed from us??? How long would they let it sit there with our contact info taped to the vacuum - a month, 2 months??? Utterly rediculous. I probably would have let this go, but the way my wife and I were treated by the staff at this UPS store was entirely unacceptable. They made it out to be our fault and never once apologized when I went to retrieve it. Let's hope the next location I take my vacuum to has their crap together. I don't recommend this store if you are looking for your packages to actually be shipped!! There are other UPS stores close by.By Mike M, March 28, 2017
