  This is the last time I will ever use this location. The manager at this location verbally insulted me over the phone and I am now dealing with UPS corporate customer service. All I needed was some info regarding a package I dropped off and when they weren't able to find it I asked for help from the manager. He said that my package wasn't his problem and when I asked for his district supervisors name and number, he redirected me right back to himself.

  I just paid $4 to print two pieces of paper using their computer and printer. Prices NOT advertised, I assumed this was a courtesy. Incredibly unfair.

  I was stopped in to send something and older lady stopped in to pick up package. The ups person didn't hesitate a second in offering and helping her carry out her large package.

  I gave this location one star because zero stars is not an option. As someone who frequently moves, have used UPS boxes all over the states. Have utilized this location for over a year and a half for a variety of services from faxing to having them box/ship items, shredding to eventually having a mail box. The good: The dark haired evening gentleman who set up my box is beyond awesome. He really puts in an effort. I had an over-sized delivery and he helped me move it to my truck over the holidays. He is knowledgeable regarding services available and the technical requirements to run the printers and fax machines. There is 24hr access to your box. It is right down the street from JEB so good location. If you are a new customer and pay for a yr you got 15mo for the price of 12. The bad: The majority of the staff including the owner are incompetent when it comes to using printers/fax machines. For example, it took me an hr dealing with the owner and one of his employees to get papers faxed to the water dept from a file on my mobile phone (they didn't want to listen to my suggestions). Really, really terrible customer service by "managers". One is related to the owner and told another customer to "f#$## off" during the holidays. This same person has told customers she can do what she wants due to her familial relations. Another manager tried to overcharge me for a package-- I frequently mail same size/shape/weight packages, by nearly double and was unpleasant when I requested he check his math (this is when I stopped using their mailing service). I feel that cursing at customers isn't good policy, especially when they have not escalated interactions. For a medium po box the current rate is $338.00 for a year (or 33.00 a mo)-- and when you discontinue services be aware that they do not forward mail. Employees do not know pricing, policy, and are easily flustered. This could easily be rectified with better training. Now that my box is expired am glad to take my dollars elsewhere. I would have canceled my box at the holidays, but was informed they do not give refunds.
