- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★No offense to mister Scott but I give these lovely stars to miss Jackie! She always kept me in the loop with things and is so knowledgeable not only in the law but in medical injuries/terminology and so much more. I hated suing the insurance company but being active duty I had no knowledge on how to go about it myself to may the Navy back and they came to the rescue they were never obnoxious or pushy. When it came to the settlement ending over a year later (nothing on their part had to wait for my surgeries to be complete) they were so helpful and tried their best to get me what I deserved. Back to Jackie again... she would call and check up on me to let me know they haven't forgotten me or anything and just to see how everything was going. Also followed up after my surgeries that I had. She ran the show and did a great job at what she does!
