  Worst PNC branch in Virginia Beach. Avoid this branch. Very, Very rude to customers. On an extremely hot summer day, I took our church deposit through the drive thru, I was greeted very nicely by the teller. (she has always been nice) Then a very rude woman came on the screen and told me I had to park my car, walk in the drive thru lanes, come inside to complete my deposit. There was no one else in line. There usually isn't, which is why I stop there! She told me that the drive thru was for personal accounts only. I said I did not see a sign and she said there was no sign. She was telling me that I had to go inside to complete my transaction. I said but there is no sign, and no one else in line. She said too bad. I told her send me back my deposits. I will never, ever go to this branch again. I will drive out of my way to avoid such a rude woman. I work in a customer based business and I know you do not treat a customer this way. If the policy was changing, she could have said, next time, please bring your deposit inside and not just order me around like she did. It was a week ago and I am still fuming mad about the whole incident.
