- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is a horrible place. My fam has been with them for >3 yrs and they always messed up my sisters account. Very poor customer service. I bought a new car for my dad and I wanted to add it in the policy but when I call, Im not even listed as a driver and they listed my mom even though she doesnt have a license. Mr. Rawles pushes being the best so that his clients receive the best...what more can you ask for? The staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products and get back to you very quickly.
