  It would take a book to describe the unpleasantness my husband and I have experienced from this establishment. But, to try and give you an idea of what you are up against and hope to connect with some reviewers here to put a stop to this, further action than a review on google should be made. Is it possible for people to truly come together and help one another? What I believe should be done, of which I am currently participating in, is as follows. First of all, every single one of these reviewers needs to submit a BBB (Better Business Bureau) report, and follow up with it diligently. Secondly, I have the mind to contact the Attorney General in VA, in hopes they will begin an investigation into the legitimacy of this program. I hope that you will do more than complain about this problem and become active in changing the process to help support members of your community and make life easier for the "next guy" that finds themselves being in the same shoes we are in today, and many others have been in the past. We have experienced the same horrible customer service and even been degraded many times by this office. There is absolutely no communication from the staff or caseworkers, and I am feeling as though there is an issue with extortion, as one reviewer also suggested. Among other financial hoops and lack of basic communication....we are being strong held into doing what this office mandates, even if it is corrupt. Please help me, and file your complaints through the proper channels. It isn't easy, but I think it will truly be worth it.

  I don't know if I should even rate this as a 1! I completed a course there over 2 years ago. When I called to request my completion letter and assessment information they claimed they have purged their files and do every so often. This does not make since as if I were to need this information for court purposes down the road I would have no recollection of attending their courses. Not only to mention that my caseworker is no longer there, they refused to search for my file. They finally found my completion letter and then requested $25.00 to have it printed and sent to me in the mail in 7-10 business days. That request was on January 25, 2016 and I have yet to received my letter of completion. I just called the office and they never sent it out and need to have a supervisor call me. The last time I was promised a phone call from a Supervisor I never received one. This is the most poorly ran business I have ever dealt with. Handling people with addiction is hard enough but when you aren't handling business correctly for people that having these addictive issues its frustrating and stressful. Do not recommend this company or program to anyone.
