- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went from 10 to a 0 customer service and each representative of the branch as different views, I thought everyone should trained on all aspects of the bank rules and regulations. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This location seems to have an issue with serving and seeing members who are ethnically diverse. As I was standing in the teller line, a staff member who was walking by looked at me with a nasty cold glare, so much so, that a teller even noticed. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★This is the closest NFCU from my house. When I heard there would be a new branch close to my house, a few years ago, I thought: Eureka! But I couldn't even see a teller face to face, I only had "video-phone interaction" with the teller. Since then, it has turned very nice: - Indoor face to face tellers. (Many!) - Drive through (outdoor) video-phone tellers. - 24 hour access to ATM. - Drive by ATM that you can operate while sitting in your car. - That "drive by" ATM can take certain deposits without the need for an envelope.
