- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Banked with ABNB at this location (and Red Mill prior to them moving to Dam Neck) for almost two years. I tried closing my account through the customer service number, and apparently they require you to close your account in person?! Never heard of any bank doing that before-have always been able to do it through the customer service line. Then, after being inconvenienced and having to go in person to close my account-the teller doesn't even ask me if there is a reason why I am closing my account or how they can keep my business. Since I was never asked I will make it blunt: Your rude tellers, your constant freezes you place on my account for my online transactions, having to close my account IN your location, and the lack of personable customer service.
